Road to Hire (R2H), a program through Red Ventures, offers students real-world experience and career access. What started as a summer internship with one CMS school grew into an in-school internship program at five of our high schools. Students at Harding, Garinger, Vance, West Charlotte and West Mecklenburg receive training during their school day by R2H staff. Students are held to attendance and performance standards in order to move through the program and receive benefits. Students and the R2H staff are supported by a teacher of record from each school.
