In this pathway, you learn nutrition principles, safe food preparation, and food security through hands-on laboratory experiences. You study how food impacts health and communities while developing food safety and preparation skills. This pathway prepares you for careers in nutrition, food service, and community health.

ANSI - Accredited Food Handler Certificate

This certification covers basic food safety practices for cooks, servers, cashiers, and other food service workers.

ANSI - Accredited Food Protection Manager Certification

This certification prepares students to implement scientific food safety practices and create food safety culture to meet regulatory requirements for restaurants and foodservice operations.

Pre-PAC Nutrition, Food, and Wellness

This certification validates preparedness in nutrition, dietetics, food safety, food service, and health and wellness fields.
