The Career and Technical Education Futures Fair was held this past Thursday, March 13, at AvidXchange. Almost 300 seniors, representing twenty-six CMS high schools, were introduced to almost forty different employers within the Charlotte community. These organizations shared with students the various opportunities that are available for them post-graduation; as well as some that are available right now!
This event was stocked full of meaningful connections and amazing networking. Lead by our friends at Blumenthal, students were engaged in resume workshops. Our partners at Transfer VR allowed students the chance to complete student interest surveys, aligned with various career options. Students were able to really find activities aligned with helping them to reach their professional goals.
